Phase II status?

    Does anyone have an update on phase II release dates for models and pricing? According to January Livewire, "Construction on the approximately 360 houses that will make up Mueller’s second phase is slated to begin this summer with move-ins targeted for early 2009." Seems like the "quiet period" is creeping a bit long?

    Looks like some model/pricing information from Phase II is available on Meritage's site. They added different versions of the 4 models they had in phase 1. Basically, it looks like they added different facades.

    Haven't had a chance to check on the other builders. Anyone else have any info on them? As of yesterday, Mueller's site seemed to have no new information about phase II. Interesting that the builders seem to be ahead of Mueller in release phase II details.
